The Inline configuration with HIT module retains all features and benefits of the ITB-P, allowing the possibility of tightening HAD fastener:
Tightening Strategy: Pre-Torque (PT), Torque (T) and Shear-Off (SO) up to 12 Nm.
The Offset and Extended-Offset configurations enhance ITB-P features with better accessibility thanks to its wide range of GFAs:
Adapter length: 2”, 3”, 5” or 8”
Note: GFAs are not compatible with pulse tools
The Offset and Extended Offset 90° configurations enhance ICB-A features with better accessibility thanks to its wide range of GFAs:
Adapter length: 3”, 5” and 8”
Socket Size: up to 15 mm
Tightening Strategy: Pre-Torque (PT), Torque (T) and Shear-Off (SO) up to 18 Nm
The Offset and Extended Offset 110°. configurations enhance ICB-A features with better accessibility and ergonomics thanks to its 110 deg. Angle head and the wide range of GFAs:
The Hold and Drive 90°. Configuration keeps all the features and benefits of the ICB-A enabling the possibility of tightening Hold and Drive fasteners. This version is recommended when the accessibility is not so critical to need any of the previous offset versions.
Socket Type: Hold & Drive (HAD)
Tightening Strategy: Pre-Torque (PT), Torque (T) and Shear-Off (SO) up to 15 Nm
The Offset and Extended Offset 90° configurations enhance ITB-A features with better accessibility thanks to its wide range of GFA:
Socket Type:
Up to 75 Nm (COT-81): Standard
Up to 50 Nm: Hold & Drive
Socket Size: (COT-81): up to 19 mm
Tightening Strategy: Pre-Torque (PT), Torque (T) and Shear-Off (SO) up to 75 Nm
The Offset and Extended Offset 110° configurations enhance ITB-A features with better ergonomics due to its 110 deg. Angle head and accessibility thanks to its wide range of GFA:
The ICB-Q is the tool that combined with a Quick-Change Angle head (Q2) becomes an ICB-A. Keeping all the benefits of this type of tool but improving versatility by being able to transform into any of these configurations with just “one-click”
The Q2 head is meant to be installed in the ICB-Q to become a complete tool.
The beauty of the Q2 head is that it is customizable in the same way as a standard tool, becoming any of these configurations:
Q2-A: Angular 90 deg
Q2-Z: Angular 110 deg.
Q2-HAD: Hold and Drive 90 deg
Once the Q2 head is installed in the ICB-Q, you can manually select the appropriate program with the correct parameters using the HMI version of the ICB-Q
Alternatively, you can use the Selector 6 M4 (8433 0613 04) or 6 M8 (8433 0613 08). By selecting the correct head from the selector, the program with the right parameters is automatically set in the tool, suitable for both ad-hoc and infrastructure configurations.
The Q2 - Offset and Extended Offset 90° configurations enhance Q2-A features with better accessibility thanks to its wide range of GFAs:
Tightening Strategies: Pre-Torque (PT), Torque (T) and Shear-Off (SO) up to 18 Nm
The Q2 - Offset and Extended Offset 110° configurations enhance Q2-A features with better accessibility and ergonomics thanks to its 110° Angle head and the wide range of GFAs:
Tightening Strategies: Pre-Torque (PT), Torque (T) and Shear-Off (SO) up to 12 Nm
The Q2-HAD. Configuration enables the possibility of tightening Hold and Drive fasteners. This version is recommended when the accessibility is not so critical to need any of the previous offset versions.
Tightening Strategies: Pre-Torque (PT), Torque (T) and Shear-Off (SO) up to 15 Nm
