Divisional Performance Score Calculation

The individual score for each target is calculated based on the following logic:

if the target is partially achieved, the Target score equals Target weight multiplied by the ratio of Result to Target.
if the target is fully achieved, the Target score is equal to Target weight multiplied by 1.

The divisional score is calculated as the sum of scores for all targets:

Divisional score = Target 1 score + Target 2 score + Target 3 Score +…..

Example of AII score calculation:

Received orders	50%	$ 100	$ 75	= 50% x (75 /100) = 0.375
VSD ratio	20%	50%	55%	= 20% x 1 = 0.2 (target achieved)
Dryer ratio	15%	110%	85%	= 15% x (85 / 110) = 0.116
Filter ratio	10%	150%	180%	= 10% x 1 = 0.1 (target achieved)
OSC ratio	5%	20%	15%	= 5% x (15 / 20) = 0.037

AII score = 0.375 + 0.2 + 0.116 + 0.1 + 0.037 = 0.828
