6. Service Division (CTS) Score Matrix
Invoiced orders – refers to the total value of orders invoiced to the distributor for products within the Service Division during the relevant year.
Number of SMARTlink licenses - refers to the total number of active SMARTlink licenses the distributor possesses at the end of the relevant year.
Number of Parts Plans - refers to the total number of active Parts Plans in possession of the distributor at the end of the relevant year.
Number of Elements - refers to the total number of compressor Elements (new and rebuilt) purchased by the distributor through the Service Division during the relevant year.
Number of Line filter kits - refers to the total number of line filter kits (DD, PD, UD, ect.) purchased by the distributor through the Service Division during the relevant year.
The target structure or quantity of targets may be subject to reduction for distributors at the Bronze level.
